If you use the Forgotten Hope 2 launcher and check the launcher options you should be able to set the bot amount to any number you want (I sometimes play with 200+ bots alongside triple the amount of vehicles - with no respawn waiting time for lives/tickets and vehicles, it will lag like hell but it looks so freaking awesome and chaotic when it all clashes, especially on maps with good AI navigation meshing/pathfinding.
